This modified atmosphere vacuum sealer has been fully rebuilt and reconditioned
Busch 025 cfm vacuum pump.
Comes fitted with 900 mm long effective sealing bar with adjustable tilting head. Comes fitted with gas flush / modified air snorkels for prolonged extension of product shelf life. It is used for packing a variety of products including meats (fresh and cooked sausages, lamb, pork, beef), poultry, fish, bakery products, fruit and vegetables, cheese (including shredded, hot filled and blocks), nuts, coffee, eggs, etc, and handles a full range of pack sizes from full cartons to retail packs.
The packer has controls for:
- Power on,
- Vacuum,
- Gas,
- Heat seal,
- Seal set,
- Start,
- Emergency stop, etc.
The packer requires single phase power (9 amps) and a source of compressed air (1cfm @ 80 to 100 psi).
